| Andrea Jones is a 37 year old woman has miscarried for the third time. She was at six weeks gestation when it happened. She got married last year to Michael, and has just been trying to get pregnant since then. All her miscarriages have been at between 6-8 weeks. In the last pregnancy, a sac and fetus were seen but no heart activity was ever noted. Histology showed decidualised endometrium, chorionic villi and trophoblastic tissue. |
